We run four Mercedes Sprinter Vans, SB Engineering have been servicing and maintaining them for the past 6 years including carrying out commercial MOT’s. We have always received very prompt service and rapid turnaround which is essential as we use the vans to deliver our goods 24/7. We recently had a water pump fitted to one of our vans at a cost of £150.00 plus Vat this compared very favourably to the Mercedes Main Agent quote of £450.00 plus VAT. This College has been a customer of SB Engineering for approximately 5 years. The mechanical side is of a very high standard however, the most important aspect of this business is the Customer Service. Nothing is too much trouble, they try to accommodate very short notice requests and are sympathetic in getting vehicles turned around where the non-availability would impact on College life. Their pricing is very reasonable and, whilst there are workshops nearer to the College we have no intention of moving our business whilst this level of service is maintained.
